eSwiftSoftware made the hiring process easy for a large organization by creating an E-recruitment portal through an automated tool.

It becomes a hectic task for large organizations to deal with the long process of filling up the vacancies at their organization. Moreover, fulfilling each job vacancy will need approval from the senior management, including lots of paperwork. eSwiftsoftware developed an e-recruitment portal by using an automated tool to overcome this tedious task for the organization. The portal will divide the overall process of filling the vacancies in the organization, starting from vacancy requests from the department head to the HR department filtering the candidates’ resumes for the said job request and finalizing them.

 

SALIENT FEATURES OF THE WEB-PORTAL

 

  • The department head can mention the job vacancy request by mentioning the eligibility criteria and other details related to the job.
  • Hr department can file for the job description approval from the higher authority, and then the job role will get published on the authorized websites.
  • After applying for the specific job roles, candidates will get automatically shortlisted based on their eligibility criteria.
  • HR will shortlist the applicants after getting approval from the senior department, and then applicants will be eligible to give an online interview.
  • The scores will get reported by the HR manager.
  • HR officer will shortlist the applicants, and higher authority will approve.
  • The HR manager will create offer letters and documents.
